I reached out for advice about some legal documents. Ian was kind and gave me sensible advice, down to the forms I needed, where to find them, and how to fill them out. Very professional and kind. He didn't make me feel less-than and didn't talk over me. He provided clear, compassionate communication and made the most of my free 15-minute Zoom consultation. It was a great value. 10/10 I would recommend him.
