I will be gradually adding my past consumer debt defense cases to the table below (in progress).

I believe in transparency so you know exactly who you are hiring, and you can verify my record of accomplishments. The information in the table will enable you to look up my past cases for yourself. Just go to the court website for any particular county and look up the case number of interest. I have handled hundreds of consumer debt defense cases, and you are welcome to explore them!

There are certain confidentiality issues; for example I will not be listing the names of my clients here. Often there is also a confidentiality restriction concerning publicizing the results of individual cases so I am not listing the results on the table below (but court records are open to the public).

In general, the large majority of my cases against debt buyers have resolved in such a way that my clients did not have to pay any money to the other side. Meanwhile, cases against original creditors are more likely to result in a monetary settlement.
